Team games followed our first AGM in March when two teams headed by Milo our Patron, and Sunny our Chairman’s Labrador, went head to head to win a special supply of treats kindly provided by Creature Comforts and RH Gaudion.
The canines were tasked with completing an obstacle course which included jumping through hoops, over poles, sitting and staying and finding hidden treats. After two rounds Milo’s team were declared the winners! It was then the humans turn to enjoy tea and WAG cake kindly provided by The Cake Lady.
During the meeting Chairman Marguerite Talmage reported that 2018 had been very successful for WAG with 17 dogs registered and visiting most wards at the PEH, care and resident homes and day centres.
